G•O Logic has developed four turnkey package homes that vary in size from 1000 sqft. to 1700 sqft. They’re all made of components mostly manufactured off-site to ensure quality, durability and speed of construction. The homes are variable in size and design to suit each individual’s spatial and financial needs. The homes are engineered and tested in Maine’s harsh climate to reduce the energy required for space heating by 88% of standard construction*. A G•O Logic home is affordable to build and provides energy security for the future.

*G•O Logic energy consumption based on computer modeling and simulations and is compared to ”Standard Construction”- standard construction defined as code-compliant residential construction built in Maine, with no extra attention paid to air sealing. A G•O Logic home would require (if it were heated with oil) 72 gallons of #2 fuel per year, as opposed to a "standard construction" home which would require 600 gallons.
